watched v for vendetta then dota then cs at section (or rather half-section) outing last week. heh i liked the movie. then dota i was bullying the ppl who didn't noe how to play n in cs i was getting bullied. haha.

just came back from new vocation. docu clerk. of the 3 clerks posted there apparently i have the most xiong but most powerful post haha. i'm quite tired now. i dunno why.. i didn't even do much. first half was spent stoning n waiting (maybe that's y i'm tired haha) 2nd half start learning wat to do. oh ya it's stay out. (duh that's why this post exists)

yess liverpool finally won and the strikers finally scored. =)

soccer on tues was good. i expected the court to be crowded cos of mar hols but we had the whole court to ourselves. which means less breaks and more play = more fun but more tiring. then pooled a while n arcade a while after lunch. haven't played pool for so long..i think the no of balls i potted was less than the no of goals i scored haha. whens the next soccer... was hoping for one more before block leave ends but dun think there's time.

class gathering on wed.. a lot of ppl couldnt make it cos of work. sigh.

section outing tonite! hopefully got more ppl than the class gathering haha.

yaayy poc loh! at first my pc told me i had to repeat. then later found out that range results hadn't come in yet. so range and ippt trial results got me 2 out of 3 and let me poc! yay! but then i missed the poc cos of interview haha. so block leave until 20... soccer tmr! n a class outing dunno when, n a section outing dunno when. n hopefully more soccer. n even more soccer. kk got to go church soon so i'll stop here.

yes i know i haven't blogged for v v long... i was sick for like 1 wk... missed the most "exciting" week of bmt. and also missed all 3 things we need to pass in order to pass bmt...range, field camp n ippt. i dun wanna recourse.. actually recourse will prob be even more slack than now (which is already quite slack) but i think it'll b v sian to do everything all over again. so far i've had re-range which thankfully i passed without needing to reshoot. praise God cos i ia-ed a lot of times. heard re-ippt is next week. so 2 out of 3 shld b a pass rite? hope so lah. aniwae poc is on tues! oh ya i missed route march also so prob have to go back tekong during block leave... hope dun clash with soccer or anything... my legs r itching liao..nvr play for so long.

a lvl results.. 4a 2d a2..kind of expected altho i was hoping gp a1.. but i'm content..i left the results in His hands and He has provided.

ns so far has been slack. pes c n 1st wk some more. 1st route march was only 2 km n carrying only helmet n sbo... no rifle n field pack. n so far pt n 5bx have been really slack also. but then a lot of time is wasted waiting and all that so dun have much time for quiet time.

being in army makes u appreciate a lot of stuff we take for granted. like sleep. v tired...shall go sleep now.

kewell scored a sweet volley to end his goal drought. i ended my goal drought too =p haha played soccer on sat with v few ppl. played kick the bottle n a 2v2 on a street soccer court which is v tiring. n discovered that i can dribble. a bit. n the van nistelrooy touch is still there haha.

tues went back acsi with joel. the yong tau foo stall auntie actually recognised us as ex-students...so we bought from her haha. then went around talking to whatever few teachers were still around (a lot aren't teaching there anymore n some r still on one of those overseas trips)

starting to get sian at home. which means ns comes at the right time haha. this should be my last post before going in... please pray for me =) the next chapter of my life begins... and Jesus will be walking with me so i'll never walk alone! =)

this is supposed to be the twin of the previous post haha. hopes/resolutions for the new year. a bit late. but it doesn't feel like the new year. for the past 12 (at least) years the new year has been marked by going back to school. and now... new year comes on 20th jan for me haha.

1. learn to place God first in everything I do. focus on what counts for eternity. I think that includes playing less comp haha cos it tends to take time away from God.

2. God will use ns to strengthen my faith and mould me into what He plans for me.

3. trust in the Lord to lead me on in terms of scholarships. i know He will tell me what He plans for me.

4. keep in touch with friends. which means more soccer! haha but also the non-soccer ppl. haiz i think i haven't really been going out with the non-soccer ppl =(

5. this is for everything else which i don't know will happen this year. to do i know not what, but it sufficeth that Jesus leads me on. (i thought this was a Bible verse and kept trying to find it. after v long i finally realised that the original quote had Brutus instead of Jesus and came from Julius Caesar -_-" maybe it's cos Jesus and Brutus rhyme) ok this also makes it 5 =p for those interested to know why 5 represents grace, see http://www.wogim.org/sh23.htm i haven't read it thoroughly yet though.

haha i've been to ps thrice in the last week, all with different people.

new year. a time to remember what God has done for me in the past year. i'll make a list of what i wanna thank Him for. it's probably not exhaustive.

1. i feel i've grown quite a lot spiritually. like more conscious of God. i still have much to learn though. like focusing on what matters for eternity.

2. maths. He has blessed me greatly here. especially the 3-0 down at halftime, 3-3 at fulltime at imo. He sustained me throughout training and at the imo itself

3. decisions abt uni. God gave me a love for mathematics, so i shall study that. and a love for soccer. so uk, not us. i still don't know which scholarship (if my applications r successful), but i trust in the Lord to guide me in my choices when the time comes

4. school. it was tough catching up with the work i missed after imo, but He was my tower of refuge and strength.

5. ok obviously i can't list everything i can thank God for, or the list would go on forever. so number 5 is for everything else =) ooh 5 is also the number of times liverpool have been european champions =) (i didn't plan that!)

looking forward to a 2006 filled with hope =) because of Jesus!

when i post 2 liverpool results at the same time it means i haven't been blogging. oops =p

played soccer on tues... one of my best performances ever and it's as keeper haha. but my distribution is lousy. saved with my eye and now there's a blueblack around it (like a panda but not that bad). my specs were bent after that so i stopped for a while, then played without them for a while, quite blindly. thank God it's not that serious. oh the ppl we played against weren't that good so it's the first time we sort of dominated on the court =) then we went to bathe n lunch n zy brought me to optician to bend my glasses back. thanks zy! and i could see again! then we went lan.

watched narnia yesterday. it's great! =) there's been quite a lot of debate over its Christian imlpications. i went in with an open mind n found myself subconsciously remembering Jesus at some parts. so i think it's what the individual viewer makes of it, how he/she relates the story to his/her own experiences and beliefs, not so much what the author intended to achieve.

i couldn't come online at Christmas... so merry belated Christmas everyone! spirit of Christmas is all year round so maybe i'm not late after all =p
